Important: Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Former Clients

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to our privacy policies, which may be amended from time to time.

In the event there is a material change to our privacy policy regarding how we use your confidential information, we will provide written notice. Where applicable, you will be given an opportunity to limit or opt out of such disclosures.

In addition to the uses of information described above, Echelons may communicate with customers via SMS/text messaging using a third-party communications platform, including AT&T Office@Hand. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to SMS communications.

SMS Communications & Consent

Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive messages such as appointment reminders or follow-ups.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
